Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stanley's Cross-posting Tool ("the Service") at https://stanleyscrosspostingtool.dk. By signing in you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service lets creators link YouTube channels they own and social media accounts they own, and prepares new videos from those channels so the creator can review and publish them to the connected accounts. Posts to TikTok are only made after you review and confirm each post.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be old enough to use YouTube and TikTok under their own terms in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit the number of accounts, channels and videos to keep the Service running reliably.

3. Your content and ownership

You may only link YouTube channels you own or are authorised to manage, and only post content you have the rights to. Channel ownership is checked with a verification code in the channel description. You keep all rights to your content and grant the Service only the permissions needed to download it from your channel and publish it to the accounts you choose. You are responsible for making sure your posts comply with each platform's rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post content you don't own, spam, content that breaks the law or a platform's rules, or to try to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service uses official login and posting APIs of third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram or Meta.

6. Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect any linked account in the dashboard, or revoke access in the platform's own settings (TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions). You can delete your Stanley's Cross-posting Tool account and all its data on the Account page.

7. No warranty

The Service is free and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service, including failed, delayed or incorrect posts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the Service. The date above shows when these terms last changed.
